Pay / Benefits Competitive Salary Equity Pension with 7% employer contribution Private Medical Insurance Paid sick leave with income protection Hybrid working model Responsibilities Design and implement infrastructure as code templates/modules to standardize projects Manage multi-account AWS core infrastructure with security best practices Create and optimize CI/CD templates to accelerate releases Build a developer portal and service catalog for the engineering team Contribute to observability, providing SLI/SLO metrics for balancing velocity and reliability Develop internal/open source projects to elevate the developer experience Collaborate on platform engineering initiatives to support fintech products Key requirements Good working knowledge of AWS services (ECS, EC2, Lambda, VPC, IAM, Route53, CloudFront, S3, RDS) Experience with monitoring/logging solutions (OpenTelemetry, AWS CloudWatch, SigNoz is a bonus) Basic SRE knowledge and incident management experience (eg. incident.io, Pagerduty) Proven ability to build scalable CI/CD pipelines Linux, Git, Docker; scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; proficient in at least one modern language Experience defining Infrastructure as Code with Terraform Familiarity with Agile development practices Strong appetite for learning and developer experience Interest in Platform Engineering and fintech is a plus AWS ECS AWS EC2 AWS Lambda VPC IAM Route53
