Senior Platform Engineer - AWS, Linux, Windows

Manchester - 4 days in office, 1 day remote
A leading technology company are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to be part of the team responsible for the cloud infrastructure and operational platforms that underpin their critical solutions.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Design, implement and maintain secure, highly available AWS infrastructure
- Operate and support production and non-production environments across multiple products
- Deliver infrastructure improvements, platform upgrades and cloud migration initiatives
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation and/or Terraform
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Automate operational processes using scripting and configuration management tools
You will need to demonstrate:
- Strong experience administering AWS cloud environments
- Experience managing Linux and Windows infrastructure
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation and/or Terraform)
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automation using PowerShell, Bash or Python
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, routing, load balancing and firewalls
