You’ll push your colleagues to be bolder, setting goals that are tough but achievable, ensuring delivery on time to an impeccable standard. Tech wise, it is a microservices environment running on Kubernetes hosted in Azure.
Distributed systems and cloud native development. IAC, Observability and big bonus points if you have grasp of an object-oriented programming language. Continuous improvement is key across technology so if there's a better tool, it will be adopted keeping the technology evolving and at the bleeding edge.
The team is hybrid, 3 days a week is the standard. For a company building a collaboration tool, it is essential for them to collaborate effectively. On site is a chef, there to provide breakfast, lunch and a host of delicious snacks throughout the day and a therapist for you to talk to if needed.
