Senior Platform Specialist

Help large organisations build internal developer platforms that pay for themselves in release frequency — accelerated by AI from the first prompt. Design and ship golden paths for client product teams. Lead the technical roadmap for one or two internal-developer-platform engagements.
Coach client practitioners on modern platform practice. Contribute to our internal AI-accelerated accelerators and reference architectures. What we're looking for 6+ years building production software, with at least 2 leading platform work.
Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform / Pulumi), and CI/CD systems. Track record of shipping developer-facing platforms used by multiple teams. Comfortable using AI tooling daily and talking to senior client stakeholders.
How we hire 1. Intro call (30 min) — Chat with a recruiter. 2. Practitioner conversation — Talk craft with a senior on the team. 3. Work-sample exercise — Take-home or paired session. Your choice. 4. Final loop — Two or three short sessions across team and leadership. We aim to give a decision within five business days of the final loop.
