Senior PMO Analyst

Overview

In this role you shape and govern Arup’s digital portfolio, working with Strategy Office to align strategic investments with business and technology priorities. You will translate roadmaps into a coordinated pipeline and influence senior stakeholders to improve investment decisions. The role sits at the crossroads of strategy, portfolio management and digital transformation, offering a meaningful impact across projects and communities. You’ll apply data-driven thinking and continuous improvement to enable delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Shape Arups future digital portfolio by evaluating, prioritising and governing strategic investments
• Translate strategic roadmaps with Enterprise Architecture into a coordinated pipeline of initiatives
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Digital Technology and the wider business to provide analysis, challenge and guidance for investment decisions
• Support delivery alignment between business priorities, technology strategy and delivery capacity
• Engage in benefits management, value realisation and investment governance processes

Key requirements

• Experience of portfolio management, demand management or PMO governance within a complex organisation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills with senior leaders
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business cases, investment proposals and portfolio data
