Job Description Lead Podiatrist - Henley-on-Thames, OxfordshireAre you an experienced HCPC-registered podiatrist looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded private podiatry clinic in Henley-on-Thames as a Lead Podiatrist , working within an existing patient base while helping to shape the next phase of the clinic's growth.

We are seeking a confident and experienced podiatrist who enjoys managing more complex cases, mentoring colleagues, and delivering exceptional patient care. This is an established clinic with a strong reputation, offering the opportunity to build upon an already successful service.

Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload including routine and more complex podiatric conditionsConducting comprehensive assessments, diagnoses and treatment plansProviding clinical leadership and support to fellow podiatrists, Foot Health Practitioners and assistantsSupporting the development of clinical standards, policies and proceduresDelivering high-quality patient care within a busy clinic environmentMaintaining accurate clinical records and documentationContributing to service development and future growth of the clinicDelivering outstanding customer service and building long-term patient relationshipsRequired Qualifications &

Skills

HCPC-registered PodiatristBSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualificationPrevious post-graduate experience within NHS and/or private practice settingsConfident managing a broad range of routine and complex podiatric conditionsStrong clinical reasoning and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleAbility to work independently while supporting the wider clinical teamHow to Apply: If you are an experienced podiatrist looking for a leadership opportunity within a well-established, supportive and growing private practice, we would love to hear from you.
