Are you on the stepping stone to management or looking to enhance your specialist knowledge in your next Senior Practitioner role? Birmingham Childrens Trust are currently looking for Senior Social Workers to join their ever growing service as a Senior Practitioner.
You will have the opportunity to experience every aspect of social work within their Safeguarding Team; therefore allowing you to progress in your social work practice; as well as the opportunity to forge out a managerial career.
As one of our Senior Practitioners, youll find everything designed to assist you in achieving the most positive outcomes. Because Birmingham are focused on children and young peoples safeguarding and wellbeing and nothing else, youll be free to do the same.
Youll play a lead role on our relationship-based, trauma informed practice model, managing a complex caseload, providing technical and professional expertise, as well as mentoring and professional support to the rest of the less experienced social work team members and students.
