Senior Pricing Analyst

Overview

As Pricing Manager, you drive the pricing strategy and value creation for SWIFT products and services, aligning with the broader strategy and collaborating across functions. You model complex pricing scenarios, review schemes, and ensure pricing actions are implementable with input from IT, Billing, and Support. You stay attuned to industry and economic model evolutions, influencing cross‑functional teams and occasionally customers. This role offers the chance to shape pricing at a global fintech leader and impact the community of banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing elaboration for new SWIFT products and services
• Regularly review existing pricing schemes
• Model complex business and pricing simulations
• Coordinate pricing implementation with IT, Billing and Support
• Monitor industry pricing trends and economic models
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Finance or Legal teams
• Engage with commercial teams and occasionally customers
• Communicate pricing and models internally and externally
• Support continuous improvement of customer experience and internal processes

Key requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, Finance, or Engineering
• At least 5 years of professional experience, pricing experience is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and numerical modelling skills
• Ability to multitask and handle uncertainty
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel; very good knowledge of MS Office tools
