Join the Close Brothers Premium Finance Team where you will play a pivotal role in securing process integrity during the modernisation of our core lending platform as well as overseeing and developing the products and processes that sit behind our service proposition.

You will ensure our operations are optimised to balance the needs of the customer/broker with commercial goals. Working as part of the Premium Finance teamour ideal team member will have previous experience in facilitatingthe delivery of a roadmap of continuous improvements amidst a changing and complex environment ensuring that customers and partners have friction-right experiences that are both effective and will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of stakeholder management at senior levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES Product Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end service proposition with particular emphasis on in-life and servicing to ensure an excellent customer and broker experience. Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for in-life servicing-related queries and issues offering insights and solutions based on extensive knowledge of our systems and processes.

RequirementGathering: Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse business requirements (including both the voice of the customer voice of the broker) translating them into functional specifications and supporting change technology teams with direction and guidance.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess operational performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as necessary. Incident Support: Provide expert support and troubleshooting for internal product processes.

Identify areas where there is potential customer harm ensuring prompt mitigation and issue resolution. Stakeholder Management : Ensure ongoing communication across all stakeholder groups from development teams to ExCo. Partner Collaboration: Work closely with brokers and software houses to understand their needs assist and offer guidance throughout the process.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE: Demonstrated ability to consider the customer and broker experience when designing product enhancementsin the Financial Services sector. Strong verbal and written communication abilities to liaise with senior management technical teams brokers and software houses.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to address and resolve issues effectively. Ability to manage multiple project deliveries simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in both technical and business aspects of roadmap delivery.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals. Good understanding of integration technologies APIs and data exchange formats (e.g. XML). We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
