In this role you will own strategic programs to optimize DSP payments across Europe, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, data-driven improvements. You’ll translate insights into actions for senior leadership, shaping how we compensate delivery partners at scale. The role sits at the intersection of analytics, program management, and finance within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs that shape the DSP payments framework across Europe.
• Design scalable processes addressing current shortcomings to support growth.
• Perform root-cause analysis of partners financial health and implement scalable analytics.
• Provide senior leadership with metrics, insights, and recommendations to drive outcomes.

Key requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery with senior leadership communication
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, complex formulas)
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience in pricing, commercial finance, or rate/compensation: cost models, scenario analysis, unit economics
• Stakeholder engagement across multiple teams
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Proactive and collaborative in cross-functional settings
• Excel (pivot tables, lookups, arrays)
• Data-driven analysis and reporting
• Pricing models and scenario analysis
