Responsibilities

• Develop plans, maintain baselines, and report progress to project teams
• Analyse performance metrics, identify trends, and present findings with corrective actions to senior leaders
• Support Project Manager in managing cost, schedule, and quality through accurate data and metrics
• Assist with monthly EAC and resource profiling
• Contribute to risk and opportunity management for successful project delivery
• Apply project control policies, processes, and systems to ensure effective execution

Key requirements

• Comprehensive experience with Project Control policies, processes, and systems
• Working knowledge of Primavera, Microsoft Project, SAP, Predict
• Experience with Intermediate Risk and Opportunity Management
• Practical use of data analytics tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
• Background in Baseline Control, Cost Estimating/Engineering, Resource Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Analysis or Financial Management is advantageous
• Project Management qualification/certification is advantageous
• Effective communication with senior leaders
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
