Your new roleAs Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful planning, management and delivery of major education projects across the West Midlands region.
Operating from locations including Birmingham, Dudley and Stafford, you will lead project teams through all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Your responsibilities will include
Leading the delivery of large-scale school and education construction projectsManaging project programmes, budgets and resourcesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholdersEnsuring full compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standardsProviding leadership, direction and support to site and project teamsManaging project risks and driving successful outcomes from pre-construction through to handoverReporting project performance to senior managementWhat you'll need to succeedProven experience working within a Tier 1 main contractor environmentSignificant experience delivering large-scale education or school construction projectsA successful track record of managing projects from inception through to completionStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent commercial awareness and programme management capabilitiesEnhanced DBS clearanceRelevant construction qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and NVQL6Full UK driving licenceWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive salary of 90,000 - 100,000Comprehensive benefits package including car allowance, bonus and pensionLong-term secured workload across the education sectorOpportunity to deliver high-profile projects for a leading UK contractorExcellent career progression and development opportunitiesA supportive and forward-thinking working environmentWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
