Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the UK (Hybrid). The role delivers complex operational projects within a BPO environment, reporting to C-suite stakeholders and shaping portfolio strategy.

You will guide Project Managers through the full employee lifecycle and ensure governance and delivery excellence. With 5+ years in senior PM roles and PRINCE2 accreditation, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and drive value for the wider business.
