Skills

Senior Project Manager with experience of delivering change and transformation within Financial ServicesProven experience leading complex business and technology change programmes, including Agile deliveryStrong track record delivering product, proposition and digital transformation initiativesExpertise across project planning, governance, RAID management, financial management, stakeholder management and delivery executionComfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments, tailoring delivery approaches to achieve the best outcomesExperience working closely with Product Owners, Developers and Operational teamsStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDesirable
