Responsibilities
Preparing annual service charge budgetsInsurance claims handlingInspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided is satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues. Health & Safety Compliance, BSR experienceCoordinate contractorsLiaise with other team members and departmentsBuilding strong and proactive relationships with your clientsRespond to leasehold enquiries in an efficient mannerAttend external meetings as neededTechnical
Skills
