Senior Quantity Surveyor – Water Industry Location: North West – Hybrid Working Salary: £65,000–£68,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance Sector: Water / Utilities / Infrastructure The Opportunity Adepto Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading consulting and engineering organisation, supporting major long-term water infrastructure frameworks across the North West.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead role in the commercial delivery of multi-million-pound capital projects, with responsibility for cost management, procurement, contractual matters and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management and cost control across water infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, cost plans and financial forecasts.
• Manage procurement, tendering, contract negotiations and supplier relationships.
• Administer contracts, including payments, variations, claims and commercial disputes.
• Monitor project expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain accurate financial reporting.
• Manage commercial risks and support contracting strategy across programme interfaces.
• Build effective relationships with clients, project teams and supply chain partners. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in water, utilities or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management, procurement, cost control and contract administration.
• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• Full, valid driving licence.
• RICS, ICES or equivalent chartership, or working towards professional accreditation, is advantageous. What's on Offer?
