Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team within the construction sector based in Oxfordshire or the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the required standards. This role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to prepare detailed cost plans, valuations, and reports.

You will also be involved in risk management and contract administration, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
