Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ashbys Consulting are working with a medium-sized main contractor in North Essex who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The company deliver a variety of residential, commercial and healthcare schemes, encompassing new-build, refurbishment and restoration projects.

Currently, the company have a big focus on the development of care homes for private clients; with several projects underway or due to start in the next six months. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a small commercial team, you will report to a Managing Surveyor, and potentially take responsibility for an Assistant, and a Commercial Administrator.

You will need proven experience of working in a main contracting or development background, and have a project portfolio of significant new-build projects. Of course, any care home experience will be especially advantageous.
