The successful candidate will join a well-established team and take responsibility for heritage-led projects from an early stage, working directly with clients and senior leadership.

ResponsibilitiesLead Cost Management services across heritage and refurbishment projectsPrepare feasibility estimates, cost plans and procurement strategiesManage tender processes and contractor appointmentsDeliver post-contract cost reporting, valuations and change managementWork closely with clients, architects and specialist consultantsTake ownership of projects from inception through completionSupport and develop more junior members of the teamContribute to client relationships and the continued growth of the Cambridge officeRequirementsStrong consultancy Quantity Surveying backgroundDemonstrable heritage, conservation or historic building experienceSenior QS level or aboveAbility to take ownership of projects from day oneStrong client-facing capabilityMRICS preferredComfortable working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environmentThis is a replacement appointment within an established team and offers genuine scope for progression for someone wanting to build a longer-term career within the business.
