Area 14 Maintenance & Response Contract is a Joint Venture between Costain and Jacobs to provide a maintenance and response service for National Highways on the Strategic Road Network in Area 14 which is in the North-East of England.

As part of this service Costain Jacobs undertakes cyclical maintenance, reactive maintenance, incident response, severe weather response and minor capital interventions (scheme works).#LI-JK1QualificationsEssential: Holds an RICS / CICES accredited degree Driving LicenceDesirable: Senior Quantity Surveyors will hold or be nearing completion of Full Membership with MRICS/ CIECResponsibilitiesKey

Responsibilities
