Senior Quantity Surveyor | Main Contractor | CSR is recruiting on behalf a Main Contractor who are operating throughout Ireland. They are seeking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Senior QS to manage 2 projects circa £35M & £20M in value.
You will have a full-time Project QS based in each project and provide guidance/ and mentorship to junior staff members. The successful QS will have: Strong prior experience in Quantity Surveying roles in a Construction/Engineering business Degree level education within Quantity Surveying Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working as a Senior QS on commercial/ residential projects.
Ability to demonstrate building strong working relationships & stakeholder management Good level of legal awareness and competence in assessing Contract Documents and contract requirements Excellent negotiation skills Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good oral & written communication skills On offer is an excellent salary package with additional benefits, tailored to your experience.
