Senior Quantity Surveyors | Relocate to the USA | Major Data Centre Projects I’m currently supporting a leading global construction consultancy on a number of opportunities for UK-based Senior Quantity Surveyors who are open to relocating to the US.
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + 10% annual bonus These roles will support the delivery of large-scale data centre projects across
- Portsmouth, Ohio - $3k per month tax free living allowance
- Lubbock, Texas - $3k per month tax free living allowance
- Austin, TX
- Houston, TX
- Tulsa, OK
- South Bend, IN
- New York City, NY
- Kansas City, MO A full relocation package is available, alongside visa sponsorship. What they are looking for:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 7+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong background delivering large, complex commercial construction projects
- Experience operating at Senior QS level
- Data centre experience is advantageous but not essential
- Must hold a British passport
