Job Description A close-knit, fast paced Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy is looking to add a presentable, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role Based in East London, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a family-feel Quantity Surveying team who primarily work on a mix of retail and commercial fit-out projects.
Due to an expanding workload, the Quantity Surveying team are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable in client facing situations, and able to deliver projects up to £3m. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Must have 'Fit-Out' project experience Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment Enjoys being part of a close-knit team Solid pre and post contract knowledge Excellent communication skills MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or similar) In Return? £65,000 - £70,000 Equity opportunity Private healthcare Mental health consultant 22 days annual leave + Bank holidays Closed over Christmas through to the New Year Death in service APC training Professional RICS membership fees Flexible working If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Daniel Foster at Foster & May.
