Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Are you a motivated Senior Project Surveyor looking for a unique opportunity to join a personable Cost Consultancy with an international perspective and expertise? The Client: With over three decades of experience, this client has evolved from a three-partner foundation into a well-established practice.

The firm is now led by a new generation of leadership, including five Equity Partners and five Directors. Operating from two offices in the UK and maintaining a presence in the United States, they have successfully completed over 650 projects, managing a total capital spend exceeding £5 billion.

Their project portfolio is diversified, with a breakdown of 40% commercial, 30% industrial, and 30% across residential, leisure, and education sectors. Last year, the firm achieved a turnover of £5 million, a milestone accomplished entirely through organic growth.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Surveyor to join their expanding team in Central London. In this role, you will play a key part in a dynamic team of 25, delivering a range of new-build and refurbishment schemes.

Your work will focus on projects primarily in London and the surrounding areas, with project values ranging from £250K - £100M. However, they have also delivered international projects in Poland, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Germany!

The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, and Industrial, in addition to other areas within the built environment. • 5+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)
• MRICS chartered (desirable)
• JCT Contract Administration
