Responsibilities

• Administering contracts aligned with project objectives
• Providing accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget
• Monitoring cost variance and contract cash flow; ensuring timely applications
• Collaborating with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs and objectives
• Managing contract change to maintain governance and best practice
• Driving improvements in forecast and budget accuracy

Key requirements

• Cost management experience in power sector (distribution, transmission, renewables)
• Experience with contract management and governance
• Ability to monitor, forecast and report costs and trends
• Stakeholder collaboration across client and contractor teams
• Knowledge of contract change management
• Experience with NEC3/Option C or NEC4 (preferred)
• Degree qualified in a relevant subject (preferred)
• Professional body membership or equivalent (preferred)
