Working with a large degree of autonomy and reporting into Director level, as the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all commercial activities on the project from procurement onwards – including the opportunity to recruit, develop and manage the commercial team below you.
The client is delivering this as the developer and are open to your background being from a Residential Developer or a Main Contractor. On offer for this Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity is a salary guide to 85,000 p.a. plus a car/travel allowance, bonus scheme and benefits package.
