Job Description Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction ConsultancySenior Quantity Surveyor - a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in the North East region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established project management and cost consultancy delivering award winning projects. They operate across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial, student accommodation, leisure, retail, care and retirement projects across the North East ranging up to £80m.Why Apply: This is a key role within a fast-growing organisation, offering the opportunity to work with an impressive network of repeat clients to deliver 'key projects' in the region.

Duties

- Lead end-to-end commercial delivery of construction projects- Work closely with main contractors and project stakeholders- Provide excellent level of service to the clients- Work closely with the company directorsRequirements:- Experience delivering construction projects as Senior Quantity Surveyor- Experience working with consultancy or building contractor- Great communication and organisation skills- Construction related qualificationsTo qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience successfully managing construction projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
