Hyper Recruitment Solutions, founded in 2012, is entering a new phase of growth through to 2027. We are now hiring experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants who want to build specialist Life Science markets and drive commercial growth across the UK, EU or US.
You will be based in our high‐spec HQ in Loughton, opened in 2020 and fully fitted to support collaboration, performance, and modern recruitment. What You Will Do As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your focus will be business development and market growth.
You will
Identify and win new client partnerships Build long‐term commercial relationships within your specialist Life Sciences niche Manage the full 360 recruitment process Deliver high‐quality permanent or contract talent solutions Own your desk revenue, strategy, and market expansion Represent HRS with professionalism, expertise, and commercial insight What You Will Get Structured senior‐level development with support from industry leaders A clear progression path, with many Senior Recruitment Consultants achieving annual promotions Salary reviews every six months for consistent high performance Uncapped commission with strong earning potential Quarterly bonuses and objective‐linked incentives The chance to support organisations developing life‐saving medicines and breakthrough technologies What We Are Looking For Proven success in an agency 360 recruitment environment Strong business development achievements and revenue generation Experience placing specialist permanent talent or high‐end contractors Confidence influencing senior stakeholders Ambition, resilience, and a commitment to continual improvement STEM recruitment experience is useful but not essential We have Senior Recruitment Consultant opportunities available across UK, EU and US markets depending on your background.
