you will
Manage and develop a warm desk in the trades & labour sector, placing skilled workers across a variety of construction projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidatesDrive business development to expand our client base across Liverpool and surrounding areasLead by example, supporting junior team members when neededEnsure full compliance with industry standards and recruitment best practicesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in trades & labour recruitment (2+ years preferred)Excellent knowledge of the local construction marketStrong business development skills with a track record of billing successConfident, self-motivated, and highly organisedA team player who thrives in a busy, target-driven environmentð1⁄4What You'll GetCompetitive base salary (DOE) + excellent commission structureClear progression opportunities within a growing, national brandAccess to leading recruitment tools, systems and supportA vibrant, collaborative team culture with regular incentivesReady to make your mark on a high-performing desk?
