Senior Residential ConveyancerSalary: CompetitiveLocation: ManchesterOur client is a specialist Residential Property firm with a great reputation in the Manchester-based market, undertaking good quality Property work for a broad client-base.
It is now seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer, focusing on complex Residential matters, to join its highly active team in Manchester City Centre. Our client handles a significant amount of residential property transactions and, as an experienced Property Lawyer (5PQE+), you will be expected to assist your colleagues with complex, high-value matters and have, ideally, some prior experience of managing junior and mid-level team members.
Experience of dealing with volume caseloads, particularly the technical issues that arise from them, would be a distinct advantage to any application. Our client is open to considering CLC-Qualified Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Solicitors.
