Experienced Automotive Service Advisor required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, and Saturdays, 8am - 2pm on a 1 in 3 rotation. Salary is £30,000 , plus OTE £40,000 . Fantastic additional perks available - such as pension, life assurance, employee car purchase scheme. Daily
duties
Arrange vehicle services via telephone and face to face communication Understand customer's requirements, addressing any specific concerns Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles; liaise regularly with the customer and Workshop Controller (and Technicians as required) to meet pre-arranged time frames Contact customers to advise of further services or costs that arise during the service Arrange alternative transport for the customer
