We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager with a strong background in Passive Fire Protection and proven experience working on Healthcare and Accommodation projects . This is a key role responsible for overseeing fire safety upgrade projects, ensuring full compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
What You’ll Be Doing Manage day-to-day site operations on passive fire protection projects, including fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
Ensure all works comply with current fire safety legislation, industry standards, and client specifications. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks. Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, RAMS, and compliance documentation.
