Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance Java applications aligned with business objectives
• Build and enhance features to support evolving product and customer needs
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Translate requirements into scalable designs and contribute to architectural decisions
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and services for system integration
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and design patterns
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Mentor junior engineers and promote collaboration and continuous learning

Key requirements

• Strong foundation in object-oriented design and standard design patterns
• Expert-level Java, J2EE, and Web Services development experience
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SOA
• Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular or ReactJS
• Proficiency in SQL with data modeling basics
• Experience with modern testing frameworks (unit/integration)
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), and containerization
• Strong collaboration and cross-team relationship building
