Overview As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will drive high-impact initiatives across pricing, growth, and product analytics to scale Zable and other products. You'll partner with Credit Risk, Growth, and Data Science to turn data into actionable strategies that enable responsible growth and strong profitability.

Pay / Benefits flexible working health coverage retirement & savings plans employee referral programme office meals & snacks sustainable commuting options Responsibilities Drive promotions & pricing strategy through data-driven analysis and experimentation, balancing engagement, elasticity, and profitability Analyze marketing campaigns and funnel performance to improve cost and conversion efficiency Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep products fit for purpose Collaborate with Credit Risk Analytics, Growth and Data Science on granular portfolio performance Develop KPI definitions and monitoring to inform actionable recommendations and strategic decisions Assess expansion opportunities for new products, channels or segments with robust commercial frameworks Present insights to senior leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations Ensure deployment results align with expectations and iterate as needed Mentor junior analysts and support career progression within the team Key requirements 3+ years of experience in an analytics role Proficiency in SQL and Python

experience in an FCA-regulated financial services firm cross-functional collaboration data-driven decision making clear communication with stakeholders SQL Python data analysis and visualization
