Tekla, Revit Structure, and Tedds or similar for analysis. Engineering judgement is rewarded, not engineered out of the process. You are chartered or close to it, with strong UK consultancy experience and the project-running judgement that comes with it.
You can carry a scheme from concept through to delivery, manage clients and contractors without rescue, and develop the engineers around you. Recurring themes on this brief: WELL, commercial, civic, and education. Prior exposure to those areas is useful, not mandatory.
