This is a high-profile role with full responsibility for delivering a safe, compliant, and profitable responsive repairs service, covering DTD, Voids, Planned and Disrepair works. /p p br /p p strong u Key Responsibilities /u /strong /p ul li Operate and lead the contract to meet performance, delivery, quality, and margin targets /li li Manage all aspects of service delivery, ensuring works are completed on time, to cost, and to quality /li li Own the financial performance of the contract – turnover, margin profitability /li li Lead, motivate and continuously develop a high performing, multi-disciplinary team /li li Ensure full compliance with Health Safety, SHEQ, and contractual obligations /li li Drive customer satisfaction and manage complaints swiftly and effectively /li li Deliver KPI performance and produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports /li li Build strong collaborative relationships with clients, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders /li li Identify and support opportunities for contract growth and new business /li li Lead inductions, 1?2?1s, PDRs, toolbox talks and team briefing /li /ul p br /p p strong u People Responsibility /u /strong /p p Leadership of: /p ul li Supervisors /li li Multi Skilled Engineers /li li Supply Chain Partners /li li Schedulers / Planners /li li Administrators /li /ul p br /p p strong u Knowledge Experience /u /strong /p ul li Strong understanding of strong housing maintenance social housing /strong /li li Proven commercial and financial acumen /li li Experience managing responsive maintenance contracts /li li Knowledge of KPI management and SOR codes /li li Experience mobilising and managing contracts /li /ul p br /p p strong u Qualifications /u /strong /p ul li HNC (or equivalent) in Construction or related discipline /li li Minimum 3 years experience leading a successful unit/contract /li li SMSTS or IOSH qualification /li /ul p br /p p strong Senior Supervisor/Voids Manager /strong /p p strong Winchester /strong /p p strong £52,000 /strong /p p strong Tier 1 Maintenance Contractor /strong /p p br /p
