As our new Senior Analysis & Efficiency Manager, you'll join a small team at the very beginning of that journey. You'll have the opportunity to build our analytics and efficiency capability from the ground up shaping the data, reporting, dashboards and ways of working that will enable better commercial decisions and deliver measurable value across L&Q.
There's real scope to make this role your own. Rather than stepping into an established function, you'll help create it working across Supply Chain, Procurement and the wider business to turn data into meaningful insight, identify opportunities for improvement and establish an approach that will have a lasting impact. Lead the development of our new supply chain analytics and efficiency capability, creating the insight and tools that help us make better commercial decisions. Build and develop KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting across Supply Chain.
Turn spend, supplier and operational data into clear, actionable insight. Identify and track opportunities for savings, efficiencies, process improvement and automation.
