You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching and supporting care staff Reviewing and updating care plans Administering and recording medication Providing personal care and promoting independence Supporting residents' quality of life Working with families and the wider care team Reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately About You

You'll ideally have

Experience working in care NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience Medication training Experience supervising or supporting other staff A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care Join HICA.
