They are now seeking an Senior Surveyor to join their high-performing Property Management team in their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio consisting of Offices & Shopping Centres.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio Deliver value-add and commercialisation initiatives Manage rent reviews, lease events, and service charge budgets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and occupiers Support business development and contribute to team success
About You
