Senior Technical Engineer

Overview In this role you will provide hands-on technical leadership for enterprise-scale Azure solutions, shaping end-to-end design and delivery. You will collaborate with product, delivery, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality outcomes.

Pay / Benefits flexible hours hybrid working reasonable adjustments Responsibilities Own end-to-end technical design of Azure-based solutions ensuring quality, scalability, resilience, and security Define and govern cloud and app service patterns and best practices Act as senior technical authority for Azure projects and guide design decisions Lead hands-on development with .NET/C#, APIs, microservices, and Azure PaaS services Oversee code quality via design and code reviews; drive continuous engineering improvements Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis Design and implement Azure solutions (App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage, Service Bus, Kubernetes) and integration services (Logic Apps, Event Grid, API Manager) Champion DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, release management) using Azure DevOps or equivalent Mentor and collaborate with engineers; support planning, estimation, and risk management Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards Key requirements Strong experience as Technical Lead / Senior Engineer Extensive hands-on Azure cloud services experience Proficiency in .NET / C# and API-based architectures Experience designing microservices and data integrations Working knowledge of Azure AI services and Copilot/Power Platform integration Understanding of cloud architecture, security, networking, performance Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps pipelines Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration (AKS) is advantageous Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate with non-technical stakeholders Delivery-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Leadership and mentoring capability Collaborative/team-oriented approach Azure core services (App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage, Service Bus, Kubernetes) Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Function components, Message Bus, Event Grid, API Manager) .NET / C# development
