Deliver various residential schemes from medium traditional build schemes to luxury apartments. Due to successful delivery of previous projects and a strong portfolio worth of work we are looking an experience Senior Technical Manager with the residential construction industry to come aboard the team.

Skills, Experience and QualificationsMinimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a technical role. Experience of working on a mixed tenure private/affordable apartment development.2 years' experience of developing junior employees.

Knowledgeable in the planning processCapable of managing a developing a team which will include a variety of Technical staff of all levels. Experienced in residential traditional build projectsExperienced professional with a previous history working for a residential developerNeed good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
