Capita is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to drive forecasting, capacity planning and workforce modelling. This remote role requires occasional travel to the Manchester office for meetings.

You will turn complex data into actionable recommendations, supporting operational performance and growth initiatives across functions. You’ll partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR and Transformation to review plans, challenge assumptions and improve planning tools and data quality
