We are delighted be partnered with our very established and successful motor industry based client as they seek to recruit a full time permanent Service Advisor, to join their experienced and friendly team in Haywards Heath.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly thought of and longstanding businessService AdvisorHaywards Heath - with free parking available on siteFull time permanent roleHours: Monday - Friday (Apply online only) and 1 Saturday morning in 4Salary £28000 per year plus commission / bonus, which will take earnings up to around £32000 per year.
Benefits include - good pension scheme, 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidaysMy client would prefer someone who has motor industry sector experience but this is not essentialThe role - Service AdvisorYou will be the first point of contact for the Service Department and will need to have excellent levels of customer service and communication skills.
Duties will includeBooking customers vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face. You will be responsible for explaining and selling the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering fantastic levels of Customer Service.
