Service Advisor | Mercedes-Benz of Epsom | Up to £43,000 OTE £38,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (OTE up to £43,000) Mercedes-Benz of Epsom is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful Aftersales team.

As the main point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the efficient running of our workshop. What's in it for you? Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and discuss vehicle servicing and repair requirements. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Liaise with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time. Prepare estimates, job cards and invoices accurately.

Promote aftersales products, services and accessories. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.

What We're Looking For

Previous Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry. Experience using Kerridge/Keyloop or a similar dealer management system. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Full UK driving licence.
