Service Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Designer to play a key role in shaping and delivering an enhanced support model for our clients Corporate Operations. Inside of IR35 500 - 550 a day 6 month contract Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, you will lead service design activities, engage a broad range of stakeholders, and help define sustainable operating models, governance arrangements, processes and service standards.
Experience Required Proven experience in Service Design , Operating Model Design or Business Transformation . Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. ITIL / Service Management knowledge Experience of working with oracle Experience working within agile delivery environments.
Ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into practical service solutions. Knowledge of service transition, organisational change and continuous improvement.
