Service Designer

Service Designer – Public Sector Digital Transformation Salary to £70,000 Location: Liverpool (3 days on‐site for first 6 months, then 2 days) + Hybrid What You'll Do You'll lead service design across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live for a high‐impact national transformation.

You'll have autonomy over service blueprints, user journeys and ecosystem maps You'll oversee co‐design workshops and turn user insights into service improvements. You'll support GDS service assessments and champion user‐centred design.

What We Need Strong experience designing services in the UK public sector. Solid understanding of the GDS Service Standard. Confident working in complex, multi‐stakeholder environments.
