Service Desk Analyst - Leicester - Onsite - Up to £32K A nationally renowned utilities company for nearly 50 years is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Team. The Service Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for colleagues with hardware and software issues and work closely with the wider IT team and escalate more complex case. Good experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and Active Directory Hardware troubleshooting experience (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals) and software issues.

Understanding of network switches, routers, firewalls and security tools (Defender etc.) is desirable Excellent customer service skills, with sound judgement and strong attention to detail

Key responsibilities
