Job Description Service Engineer (Decontamination)£42,000 - £52,000 + Company Benefits + Overtime + Training + ProgressionCardiff - South Wales patchAre you a Service Engineer from a medical equipment background looking to join an expanding biomedical engineering company, carrying out PPM across a local South Wales patch with ongoing training and very few overnight stays?
Established over 30 years ago, this leading independent biomedical engineering specialist provides medical device supply, maintenance, training and lifecycle management services to healthcare providers across the UK and abroad.
The business is committed to delivering the highest standards of service, with staff training, quality and patient safety at the forefront of everything it does. In this role, you will carry out scheduled PPM, servicing, validation and modification of decontamination plant and equipment across a South Wales patch.
You will work on electrical, electronic, mechanical, plumbing, steam and pneumatic systems, provide technical support and user training, and ensure equipment remains safe, compliant and available for patient use. This role would suit a Service Engineer or similar from a medical equipment background looking for a predominantly PPM-focused field role covering a local South Wales patch.
THE ROLE
