Service Team Leader

Overview

As Checkout Team Leader, you will drive front-end store operations, ensuring smooth checkout experiences across queues, service points, kiosks, and car parks. You’ll lead a friendly team on the shop floor, use data to improve performance, and uphold safety, legal, and cash-handling standards. You’ll stay visible in the store, coach colleagues, and reduce waste through organised processes.
