Job Description ServiceNow ITOM Architect - MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE - Preston and remote - 3 months+ One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Architect. Please find some details below: CONTRACTOR MUST BE SC CLEARED (active) AND BE A SOLE UK NATIONAL The candidate hasn't been outside the UK for more than 28 consecutive days during the last 5 years Work Setup: 60% on site MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLA Role Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to support the design and delivery of ServiceNow IT Operations Management capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership, solution design expertise, and guidance across key ITOM modules while ensuring alignment to ServiceNow best practice and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and solution design activities for ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
Define technical architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and CMDB. Provide governance and assurance across ServiceNow delivery teams. Design scalable and maintainable integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tooling.
Support estimation, planning and solution approvals. Work with customer stakeholders to define requirements and architecture roadmaps. Ensure CMDB design supports service visibility, operational processes and reporting requirements.
Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators and project teams. Contribute to bid responses, solution reviews and client presentations where required. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
Extensive hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM solutions. Strong expertise in: o Discovery o Service Mapping o CMDB o Event Management o Cloud Discovery o Operational Intelligence (desirable) Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure tools.
Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management practices. Experience designing secure and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified System Administrator/ITOM certifications.
Experience working within regulated or defence environments. Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes. Please send CV for full details and immediate interviews. We are a preferred supplier to the client.
